Statement of Beliefs

Grace Unworthy Ministries, LLC is grounded in the authority of Scripture and the good news of God's grace in Christ. We teach and quote from the Christian Standard Bible (CSB).

Foundation

“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace that he richly poured out on us with all wisdom and understanding.”

God and His Word

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, living Word of God—our final authority for faith, identity, and life. This is a grace zone, not a place for a perfect Christian mask, and Scripture is where we learn what God actually sees when He looks at us. Grace Unworthy Ministries teaches and quotes from the Christian Standard Bible (CSB).

“All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”

God

We believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who has always been your advocate. He is holy, personal, and near. He is not waiting for you to earn His attention. He is already holding out His hand.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man—the Word made flesh, without sin, who died for our sins, was buried, and was raised on the third day. He is the One who makes us whole. He is not ashamed to draw near to the one who feels disqualified. He has been tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin, and He is able to sympathize with our weaknesses.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is God with us—our Counselor, who teaches, reminds, adopts, and bears fruit in us. He testifies that we are God's children. Healing and growth are His work in us, not a project we finish by trying harder.

You

Created in God's Image

We believe every person is made in the image of God—on purpose, for a purpose, and with purpose. You are not an accident. You are remarkably and wondrously made, seen and known before a single day of your story began.

“For it was you who created my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I will praise you because I have been remarkably and wondrously made. Your works are wondrous, and I know this very well.”

Sin

We believe all of us have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Sin is not only the worst thing you have done; it is also the ache of a world and a heart that cannot make themselves whole. The wages of sin is death—but that is not where God leaves the story.

Grace and Salvation

We believe salvation is God's gift, not our achievement. You are saved by grace through faith—not from yourselves, not from works, so that no one can boast. No matter what your story, no matter what your sin, God wants you forgiven and free. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Forgiveness and No Condemnation

We believe that in Christ there is now no condemnation. If you are in Jesus, you are not disqualified by your past. He is faithful and righteous to forgive and to cleanse. He removes our transgressions as far as the east is from the west. You do not have to live imprisoned by regret any longer.

“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus, because the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.”

A New Identity in Christ

We believe that if anyone is in Christ, that person is a new creation. You are a chosen people, called out of darkness into his marvelous light—His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works He prepared ahead of time. Your identity is not the worst chapter of your story. It is the name He speaks over you: beloved son, beloved daughter.

The Journey

Sanctification and Being Made Whole

We believe wholeness is God's work, not self-repair. The One who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion. He himself will sanctify you completely—spirit, soul, and body. He who calls you is faithful; he will do it. We walk with Him as our minds are renewed, one honest step at a time.

Healing, Lament, and Wise Care

We believe the Lord is near the brokenhearted. He heals and bandages wounds, and He can handle honesty—tears, questions, even anger. This ministry is a companion on that path, not a replacement for the local church, godly counsel, or medical care. God often heals through people, prayer, and wise helpers; with many counselors there is deliverance.

The Church and Life Together

We believe God never intended for us to walk alone. Isolation is one of the first lies pain tells us. Two are better than one. We gather, we carry one another's burdens, and we provoke love and good works. Healing often accelerates in a circle of brothers and sisters who truly see you.

“And let us watch out for one another to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day approaching.”

How We Live It Out

Titus 2 Discipleship

Grace Unworthy Ministries, LLC is a parachurch ministry. We are not a church, and we do not replace the local church. We come alongside congregations and families as older women teach what is good and encourage younger women in the gospel, and as older men are sound in faith and encourage younger men to be self-controlled. God pours out His Spirit on sons and daughters. Women's discipleship is where we have focused; men's discipleship is being added. We help believers find their voice in Christ and remember that their story has meaning.

“Older men are to be self-controlled, worthy of respect, sensible, and sound in faith, love, and endurance.”

The Worth of Every Life

We believe every human life bears God's image from the womb, planned before a single day began. That conviction is not a weapon against anyone carrying shame. If your story includes abortion, loss, or a pregnancy you did not know how to hold, you are not beyond the healing touch of God. He formed you. He still calls you. He still makes whole.

“My bones were not hidden from you when I was made in secret, when I was formed in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in your book and planned before a single one of them began.”

“I chose you before I formed you in the womb; I set you apart before you were born. I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

Marriage, Sexuality, and the Body

We believe God created humanity male and female, and that marriage is the covenant joining of one man and one woman as one flesh. We also believe your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit—you were bought at a price. If your story includes sexual sin, betrayal, or shame, this is still a grace zone. Conviction is spoken plainly here; contempt is not. In Christ the old has passed away, and the new has come.

“"Haven't you read," he replied, "that he who created them in the beginning made them male and female, and he also said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'? Prayer

We believe we can come to Jesus with the whole of our lives—requests, thanksgiving, weariness, and tears. He invites the weary and burdened to Himself and gives rest. His peace guards hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

“Don't worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

Testimony and Mission

We believe every story is different, but part of you is in every story. God comforts us in affliction so that we can comfort others. We do not hide the light He has lit. Believers overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony—beauty from ashes through His redeeming grace.

“You are the light of the world. A city situated on a hill cannot be hidden. No one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, but rather on a lampstand, and it gives light for all who are in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.”

The Hope of Resurrection

We believe Jesus is coming again. The dead in Christ will rise, and we will always be with the Lord. He will wipe away every tear. Death, grief, crying, and pain will be no more, because He is making everything new. Brokenness is not the end of the story.

“For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the archangel's voice, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are still alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.”

“Then I heard a loud voice from the throne: Look, God's dwelling is with humanity, and he will live with them. They will be his peoples, and God himself will be with them and will be their God. Where We Hold Room for Difference

Grace Unworthy Ministries welcomes believers from many church backgrounds. On secondary matters—the mode of baptism, the practice of spiritual gifts, the timing of Christ's return, and denominational affiliation—we leave room for difference and point each person to their local church. We hold the essentials of the gospel with open hands toward our brothers and sisters, and we refuse to make a barrier of what Scripture does not require for fellowship in Christ.

Our Heart

These five convictions have been the heartbeat of Grace Unworthy Ministries from the beginning. Everything above is how we unfold them from Scripture.

We believe in tearing down the wall of the unapproachable.

We believe that God has always been your advocate and is on your side, holding out His hand, waiting for you to reach out yours and call on Him.

We believe that we were created in Christ's image and to look like Him, we must read God's Word to see what He sees.

We believe that God's grace is a free gift to everyone in Christ! That no matter what your story, no matter what your sin, God wants you to be forgiven and free from it.

We believe that God wants us to grow in our faith with our other believers by our side, strengthening us and challenging us in our faith.
